Get 4000 Watch Hours on YouTube (Hack) Step by Step How to Tutorial

I'm going to discuss how to build up your 4000 watch time hours on youtube. It's not a lot if you get your videos right to get monetized on youtube, you need to have 4000 watch hours and 1000 subscribers. I'm gonna make a how to get 1000 subs video as well but this 4000 watch hours i personally think is slightly more of a challenge than 1000 subscribers.

1000 subscribers because I've done it a few times, it's not too difficult four thousand watch hours the best two ways three ways in fact i'm gonna put three in there because i think the third one's important as well. I'll move that to the front actually so stay to the end I'm going to save the best on the last. Number one is your thumbnails okay and i know this from experience i look at i mean in my own personal career where i've worked for other organizations i've worked as a data analyst so i love looking at youtube data.

1 Youtube Thumbnails

Having an analytical view of this i have analyzed all these stats and and figures that create results inside youtube and thumbnails are the difference on my videos for example between me getting 100 views on a video then the exact same video with a great thumbnail can get 500 to 1000 views, just through increasing click-through rate. Click-through rate on youtube is massive, so say for example you've got your list of youtube videos example you've got your list of youtube videos right and hang on a second let me just do a search quick let's just say flowers. 

Look now you've got all of these videos that you can see with and through thumbnails okay  but these thumbnails that come up in this list. You are most likely to click on the one that you find the most interesting okay so if i just do a thumbnail on one of my videos that looks great, might be slightly interesting it may be very well unrelated to the title and it may not be enticing enough to click through. 

When there's five videos above my video and 15 videos below my video and someone's just scrolling up the list like this like you just seen which one are they gonna click on you need to get them to click on your video right, that's number one. also very major your title place vibrant colors in the thumbnail this is what's worked for me in the past.

When it's a vibrant like standout image inside the thumbnail that videos click-through rate just just shoots the video away past what i would have got if i just had a thumbnail of me like this doing nothing and unrelated like thumbnail there's no point. If you know how it should be done correctly and i've got countless videos that just hit a hundred views or under with just a thumbnail with just my face.

These are just doing nothing but then if i put some relevant text here not exactly the same as the title but so just some relevant text here inside the thumbnail for example or just even a thumbnail with like vibrant colors a cool picture that's clear. The little bit of text you know that's related to the title not exactly the same don't bore the people okay, they can already read the title for something different to the title maybe it's from the context of the video maybe what the video is about like one two three words inside thumbnail. You know that entices the the viewer to click onto your video and i've tested it and it's made like 500 to 1000 views of difference. So yeah definitely thumbnails are a big thing. 

2. Youtube Studio Analytics Data

The second thing is researching what people are searching for? So this is a bit of like search engine optimization SEO or keyword research, i would say you would go into youtube ideally on a pc or laptop because you can't really gauge it on a phone and look at the search terms or the search suggestions and see what people on youtube are actually looking for. Mostly people are looking to learn things so you've got the entertainment side of things if you're in the entertainment field look at what the trend is at the moment. 

For example someone might be doing prank challenges or jokes or what the other youtubers are doing like follow that kind of but for to you to know if you're making videos like i do help people learn things then search for like for example i'll be i'm gonna start making videos on photo editing image editing graphic design stuff like that see what people are searching for what apps are they using what software are they using for example lightroom mobile is a video that i made recently and the tutorials and the learning space that they've got in there just discussing that so people were searching for that kind of content.

That's why i made that video and hence i'm starting to trickle in some views on that video and hopefully that will continue you know just searching for what's being looked for by your target audience and that usually comes up in the search suggestion so when you start typing something in the top bar on youtube or google let's see if i can do it on my phone. It will give you search suggestions so yeah here they are look these i've typed in flowers at the top i don't know if you can see that properly these are suggestions so as soon as i type that in it's giving me these other suggestions. 

As soon as you start typing in the search bar on youtube it'll give you these suggestions right so you know that's the second one so like make videos with along the titles of those are titled with those search suggestions that you get in that list as soon as you start typing something. Because that's what people are searching for you know google, who owns youtube as well he's trying to tell you or show you this is what people are typing in to because people are only going to search for what they type in right and then go into those list of videos.

This is an action plan that i'm giving you three steps but this is an actual plan to build up your watch time on your videos guaranteed to work i've seen other youtubers use it i've used it myself as well on my own my other people's channels and advise other people to use it as well. It's worked for them so you know that is i'm gonna get back to my channel thought so you go into the list after you've found what's popular or what people are searching for and then you look at what the competition's like.

Say another youtuber made a video two or three years ago and all the videos are two or three years old so well that's a great opportunity for maybe a fresh video if they got a lot of views in the past so maybe someone who's watching those old videos and only finding old videos that two three years old a fresh video will be your video so that'll be a good opportunity the third thing and this is major because i want to start using this myself right i only just remembered this and refreshed on it.

3 Trend Setter

The third way and the best to last so keep watching make sure you watch to the end make sure you subscribe as well and leave a comment below to let me know what you're doing let me know about your channel. So the third and most valuable is go on to youtube in the niche that you you're looking in looking to make videos in and do a search and filter by videos that were uploaded in the last month one month okay this is crucial right so you want videos that are people have uploaded in the last four to five weeks. Okay the last month then when you're looking down the list right you want to pick videos, do this on the laptop or a pc because it's easier right.

You can see everything you want to pick videos that have got a small amount of subscribers but a large amount of views so say for example a channel with a thousand subscribers but the video's got 150,000 views that is what you're looking for so the videos got the channels only got a thousand subs. Yhe video was uploaded in the last month right but it's managed to get 150,000 views.

So what that shows you the views are not coming from the subscribers on youtube channel itself but that the channel has got the views coming from direct searches people are searching for that thing and that is a hot topic on youtube right now. I'm going to start using this strategy especially because i already implement the other two anyway but i'm gonna start using this strategy on my own channel and other channels and just see how that goes. It will be the one that's that's gonna be the big ticket because those views are coming in and you know you know that it's a hot topic people are searching for it and it's the best way to go forward so with that i hope i explained that properly and wish you tons of success.

Passive Income in 2021 is Hard Work Upfront UK, US

I want to talk about why passive income is a lot of up from hard work. Okay so let's roll in so look i'll be making a list right of passive income sources i'm going to be working on passive income big time this year. Because 2021 a lot of stuff happened in the world and i feel like working on multiple streams of income income that comes in no matter what you're doing um that you've worked on previously they're the rules right the income has to come in for work that i don't have to do now.

So say for example a video that i made a year ago is still getting me thousands of views this month right that will be classed as passive income okay my name is miraztek.com call me miraztek.com. I've made a list of a few passive income sources i'm gonna go with you which i think are the easiest ones to reach especially through 2021. Number one and i'm developing the course on this one right is a blog step start a blog start blogging right how you get passive income from that is as soon as your blog has started to get let's say you can do it before this but 10 000 visitors a month right not too difficult to do.

I tell you step by step how to achieve that in one of my courses right you get your blog up to 10 000 visitors a month then you can start earning ad revenue these visitors by the way my blog's been getting thousands of visitors every month for the past year and i haven't touched it i haven't literally i've done anything.

I've not written any major content like for the site i just wrote the first how many other dozens of posts it was probably over 50 i would say but after that not done anything and i'm getting thousands of visitors coming in. Then there's my email list is getting built up every month and you know that's all happening automatic with work that i did over a year ago. That's what i'm talking about passive income right the next one is obviously setting up a youtube channel now there's different methods within this as well called affiliate marketing. 

But i'm going to merge that actually i put affiliate marketing at number three, right a youtube channel okay youtube channel you need a thousand subscribers i've already got my thousand subscribers i'm gonna take you through with me on this journey as well i've got two around two and a half thousand subscribers at the moment um so i've got over the 1 000 mark these these are the requirements right to make passive income from youtube or to begin earning ad revenue.

I need to get my 4 000 watch out this year so how i'm going to do that is by posting regular content making videos like this teaching and helping people and the more i help you guys grow the better this channel does the more you can follow along with how i've grown this channel. You know that four thousand hour mark there's certain things you can do in this the certain things i can teach you to help you do that i might even make a after i've achieved a youtube course showing you how to get your first thousand subscribers and get your first thousand four thousand watch hours and start earning ad revenue from youtube.

But right now let me tell you they're the two best avenues why because they're very low cost but they are i'm not going to confuse you or mislead you here yeah because i know a lot of people out there they make videos saying you know this is how you make money in like five minutes this is how you make a thousand pounds in like two minutes. I'm gonna tell you none of that right these videos that i've made on this channel that i've got now to get me to like the thousands thousands of subscribers that i've got that is hours and hours of work that i've done in the past right so although i've done it in the past i'm not doing it right now it's still work that i put in up front right so let's say i've made 100 hours worth of videos right on this channel to get me past the 1000 subscriber mark and maybe i need to do another 100 200 hours to get me past the 4 000 watch hours mark.

Right for example don't take this to the team and maybe i've worked 100 hours on the blog right to get it to a few thousand visitors per month you know that's all up front work that i've done that is going to pay off in the future or that is paying off right now because right now what i have is at least a small community for when i upload a video on youtube or when i upload a post on my on my blog there's people seeing it. 

They like even if it's ten a hundred five hundred a thousand you know people view my content and then that could puts me on to big passive income stream number three right i've left it all aspects that are kind of the best right because you don't have to hit many thresholds to earn from this income stream it's called affiliate marketing.

Right so say for example i buy stocks through trading 212 yeah i use that app now the link's in the description already anyway but when you go through and download that trading 212 app and you buy a stock as well i'll buy a share in fact as soon as you download it and like i think you deposit a pound you get a free share worth up to 100 pounds anyway right i get a share as well worth up to 100 pounds usually they come in like they can be anywhere from like 10 pounds 20 pounds 50 100 pounds. But you get a free it's like getting a referral commission that's what affiliate marketing is so now if you go download the app from my link in the description i get paid and you get paid right in that scenario but you could be promoting anything in a different scenario for example if i'm for example maybe with web hosting for my blog.

The web host or the domain registrar that i use for my blog i can put that link in the description if you go through you need a blog anyway because you're watching this video for passive income for passive income you need a blog you need a youtube channel right so you go go get yourself a domain name a web address and buy yourself web hosting to host your blog on you use my link from the description i get commission for that that's what affiliate marketing is so and there's no threshold right you could get a video out on youtube for free.  Without even having a blog or a website reviewing i don't know a hosting company like hostgator for example a bluehost and if someone if your video gets like let's say a hundred few hundred views of one person goes through your link and signs up to one of those hosting companies you're going to get a payout right so that's an example that is tough to do is it is better i know that sounds i don't want it to sound like quick and easy inside your head although it's although it's sounds simple and easy it may not work that way. 

But and it's short term don't think short term what you've got to think is long term right you want this to for it to be passive income it doesn't just come in once for example last year i got a referral or two coming from uber uber eats for drivers that i referred you know it was it was 150 300 pounds that came out of nowhere right but it was only two referrals for the whole year that's not what i want what i want is like a regular stream maybe like two or three referrals per month and that you need to build on you need an audience. For that you need people you need people that you can refer to things you need people that you can teach things to so they're learning from you you're giving them content you're giving them updates you're giving them videos blog posts emails you know you're constantly in contact with them giving the audience what they want basically and then some of them might you know one want to sign up with or by what you're talking about so yeah that's number three and leave it on those three. 

Because i feel that they're the most important ones because they build you your base and i'm gonna finish off with say passive income is hard work is not easy it's upfront hard work even if you go out there and buy a property to invest in to rent out unless you're buying like a crisp finished one. Usually what investors do is they get a property that needs a bit of work again that's two or three weeks full time maybe a month of work like painting the walls doing the doing the floors doing the ceilings doing the plaster you know whatever you need to do so that's how you got to think about passive income but after that initial grind and you get into the maintenance stages for example with your blog. You might just be writing like two or three blog posts per week after you've written your first hundred right after you've written your first hundred you might be writing two three blog posts a week just just to keep things you know growing on your youtube channel after you've done your first hundred videos you know and this is over time right don't think of it like this this should be over like six months to a year right after you've done your first hundred videos you should be looking to maintain that with like maybe just two or three videos a week just to keep your audience growing just to keep everything fresh you know and it's still passive because your blog posts from the past and your videos from the past are still getting you i've got videos i did where i've got this backed up with data right i did a test on one of my other channels and i made videos that i thought would be evergreen kind of content so people would be searching for it in the future and on this channel i did new style stock trading content and what i noticed is that the new style stock trading content although i got some views those videos because they're timely they get no views anymore on this channel right. 

Whereas the other channels i did some you know evergreen like kind of reviewing some mobile phone networks and stuff and i've transferred those videos over to this channel anyway now those videos are still getting hundreds of views even though i put them up like over a year ago so like you know there is there's major differences in the style of content that you can make on youtube and i would rather have well performing videos that get views over time mixed with well performing videos that get large amounts of views in a short space of time. So for example i would rather mix the two like i was thinking part of me was thinking just go with the long term you know videos that get views you know regularly but then the other half of me was thinking you know why not mix both because some of our videos can get thousands of views whereas others continue to get hundreds of views every single month and that's the mixture that you want go for both if you can recognize what both is what i'm going to do now on this channel because i need to get this channel to 4 000 watch out this year is continue with um producing that mixture of content continue taking you guys through passive income challenges and the first passive income challenge is to get this site passed 4000 watch hours and to finish the blogging course and help you guys set up your own blogs. 

So I still got to finish off setting that up i'm gonna put that in the description or do an update video when that's ready um to to launch and you'll love it because it's a fast track course and then i'll have a blogger pro course as an upgrade to take you through. Because blogging again like with passive income right it's not a short term game, it is you know you gotta be and i'm gonna be straight up with you i'm not gonna make it sound sweet right i'm gonna be honest right it's a two-year play okay you need to put 24 months of consistent effort into this and i'm not talking about full time i'm talking maybe about a few hours a week right consistent effort into this for 24 months and then you will see like trust me you're gonna love it so am i i'll catch you soon.

In this article i'm going to go through giffgaff's updated plans for 2021 and just take you through what giffgaff offers and also if you stay tuned until the end of the video, i'll tell you how to get 10 pounds free credit from gift cafe and a free sim card.

Big Pro before the Cons

That'd be that a micro, nano or a normal size sim card. So let's go through giffgaff  deals without further ado. So at the top they tell you straight away choose 40 gigabyte for 20 pound.

They also now have eu roaming, we will get into that as well. I've written a massive in-depth article on this website that you can go through and read with all of the details in there about giffgaff and how they are as a network. From my experience with them over the past now coming up to 10 years.

You can choose your monthly deal from the ones here they do give you within their plans. They give you data minutes and texts, they also give you an extra gigabyte of data upon the packages.

I believe that is if you top up above 10 pounds a month and you can change or cancel your plan anytime. I just want to touch on this, change or cancel your plan anytime; change your plan, means you can either get a lower plan or you don't have to necessarily upgrade your plan.

Some companies i've known in the past only let you upgrade and give them more money. Whereas giffgaff if you want to downgrade from the 25 pound a month plan down to the 20 pound plan or even the 15 pound plan or any plan you like.

Even any plan thats lower than that you can do. Best thing is they will actually make suggestions to you via email if you opt in for it. To suggest whether you should move up or down plans and even if it's down they will tell you that look your usages were far lower than you 20 poind plan for example why not select a lower plan next month.

I've had emails from them numerous times where i've topped 20 pounds for the month and gone with a 20 pound goodie bag. But then i've received an email from them, you know very and i'm very thankful for these emails telling me that, hold on a second you only used like 200 minutes this month. Or you only used 4 gigabytes of data in the whole month, your last few months maybe, it's better for you to downgrade to the 10 pound a month plan.

That's like saving me 10 pounds, that email is saving me 10 pounds a month and potentially saving me a hundred and twenty pounds a year! Which network do you know that does that? So that got me hooked with giffgaff. For them to tell me that hang on a second you only used so little, you could do with downgrading your goodybag. Who does that? No network does that as far as i know.

I'm with a few of the networks so i've got direct experience with them. So I know what i'm talking about, i've never had emails or communications like that from any other network so my trust factor with giffgaff is substantially high.

Here's a Con, maybe?

I wanted to touch on that change or cancel your plan anytime i think that is a massive value add from giffgaff other things i'm going to go through another con if you want to take it as a con that is.

Giffgaff aside from it being like a goodie bag purchase thing they don't have any call centers. So if you really need to speak to someone when you've got a problem they've got intensive online forums with support help on there. Which have for the most part worked well for me.

Its great support but there's no live chat, there's no call centers uk or abroad that you can pick up the phone and speak to someone. So if you want that in this day and age when everything's going digital? Do you really want that, waiting in a que with bad hold music?

Think about how many people you used to communicate with on the phone calling them. But now you just send a message on whatsapp or facebook messenger you know. Think of how you used to call up and see if a car was for sale or something was for sale, but now you just send a message on facebook marketplace or gumtree. Do you really need to speak to someone to solve your problems in this day and age? I'll leave that up to you to decide but giffgaff don't have any uk call centers or call centers abroad.

The Goodybags

Let's get into the packages:

6 pound a month will get you 500 megabytes of data 300 minutes 500 texts.

8 pounds a month is 2 gigabyte data, 500 minutes  & unlimited texts.

10 pounds will get you six by gigabyte data, in fact seven gigabyte of data, unlimited minutes & unlimited texts. If you remember you get an extra gigabyte data for free on this and following packages.

12 pound will get you 11 gigabytes of data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts.

15 pounds will get you 15 gigabytes of data, unlimited minutes & unlimited texts.

20 pounds will get you 40 gigabytes of data, unlimited minutes & unlimited texts.

I think that's these everything between 5 pounds and 20 pounds is really good value for money so is the 35 pounds 35 pounds will get you always on data on limited minutes and unlimited texts and i believe all of the plans (2021).

Up to 20 pounds a month i'm certain on include tethering so you've got 40 gigabytes of tethering on this plan. For example tethering for those of you that don't know, you could use this as a wi-fi hotspot to use with your laptop as an internet connection so you could use your phone as an internet connection by creating a wi-fi hotspot.

On 35 pounds a month i don't know if there's a cap or not. But i don't believe there is from my own usage. It might be unlimited tethering as well which in this day and age yeah you need to have.

Giffgaff has good network reception, let's just run through what else they offer. That's the packages that's the "goodybags" they call them. So it's really easy to join, you can order a sim the link will be in the description on youtube or if you're reading the article on the site the link will be in this article.

FAQ

Can you use your goodie bag in the EU?

Yes you can use your data allowance as well and 20 gigabyte data allowance or 40 gigabytes of data allowance can be used in the eu. Destinations that they've got listed.

Can you use your goodybag in other countries outside of the EU?
No you need credit for that.

Can you keep your old phone number?
yes you can and they will arrange a pack code well you'll need to arrange a pack code and sort that out with your previous network.

What is always on data?
Here's a question always on data is like so if you have data that you use up to like 40 gigabytes maximum amount and then may reduce after a certain amount so yeah they have got fair usage on it as well so i would would imagine it's 40 gigabytes for tethering as well.

What happens if you go over your allowance?
You start using your credit for data.

What happens when you plan ends?
You can set it to renew automatically each month or you'll have to top up yourself.

Can you tether with your plan?
You can tether on all the plans and that's also on the blackberry service so yes.

Is the a contract?
No its like Pays as you go and Sim only rather than a contract you know obviously with these deals from and by the way they have. The giffgaff sim card has 4g and 5g but with these sim only deals you're not tied into any type of contract it's like you can use it two ways. One is you can buy or buy a voucher or top up on on the giff gaff website using your debit card and then buy a goodie bag every month.

Which is what i do i just top up 10 pounds or 20 pounds or 25 pounds and just buy a goodybag every month or you can just us an option for recurring billing. You can turn it into like a pay monthly thing yourself but you're in 100% control you're not in a contract. Still if you want to turn that off you just go into the giffgaff site and you just turn it off easy.

Say i don't want to be billed automatically every month it's just an option that they've got there for you so that you can have the best of both worlds. So yeah it's like you can feel like you've got a contract but without the tie in. So it comes out automatically you don't need to worry about it.

But you're not tied in so that's the huge benefit of giffgaff. These are going to be the prices into 2022 because they're very unlikely to change these are very competitive in the market at the moment so i expect them to stick until about march 2022 and as soon as there's an update possibly even april or may
